The department would give adequate emphasis on the areas like Electronics Circuits and Systems, Switching and Digital Electronics, Communication Systems, Microwave Engineering, Control Engineering, Satellite Communication, Computer Networks, Digital Signal Processing etc giving a balanced coverage of the theory and practice of modern Communication Engineering. Well-chosen elective courses like Cellular & Mobile Communication and Digital Image Processing will help students find challenging job opportunities in the areas of Electronics and Communication.   

The department places strong emphasis on fundamentals to introduce the student to complex real life problems arising out of recent advancements and technological innovations in diverse area. Electronics and Communication Department provides elaborate theoretical knowledge through theory classes and practical.
